Negative: The lights by bed didn't work... however in their defense we did not report it... The key cards didn't work on first try. Both door & back door.. back door latch was loose. ... again I did not report to front office.

Positive: All staff was very friendly. Checkout at 11am is appreciated. Short walk to the Hampton Coliseum.
Negative: For $250 a night they could take a little better care of the rooms. No fault of the staff but we were awoken at 3 am by the fire department banging on our door who said the fire alarm had been triggered for our room.
